Sore point

After possibly the hardest gym class of my life, it is no wonder I am feeling a tad tender. If I had to pinpoint exactly which muscles are aching, it would look something like this.

As a result I cannot move properly.

It means lifting up a tea-cup is problematic. Straws do help.


Stairs are to be avoided at all costs.

and walking like the tin man from The Wizard of Oz seems to be the only way forward.


I am not sure I will do that class again today, no matter how friendly the instructor is, or how much cake I have eaten to ease the pain.
